Clear fees, before you start
The commission is deducted from the seller sale amount, not added as a buyer surcharge. It is calculated per order line on the final product price after discounts, excluding separately charged shipping and tax.
Cancelled or refunded payments are not shown as payable earnings. Seller proceeds are not an immediately withdrawable balance. Stripe processing, currency conversion, refunds and payout availability follow the applicable provider terms.
The platform commission applies to third-party seller products only. Platform-owned products have a 0% marketplace commission. The policy is recorded with each new order and does not add fees to past orders.
